You’ll be a showstopper when you wear this gorgeous pin that features a large faceted amazonite with black tourmaline bead. Choose all silver or mixed metal. As you can see in the picture, there is much variation from stone to stone. You can request a stone that includes black (or doesn’t) in the notes section when you checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
Amazonite, sometimes called “Amazon stone” is known for its semi-opaque blue-green colors. Formed from a variety of microcline feldspar, amazonite and can include light striations. Bead colors may vary in shade and intensity with light blue-grey with black tourmaline and gold-speckled pyrite inclusions.
A pin for all seasons – adorn your sweater in Spring, a shawl in Summer, your favorite scarf in Fall, and a snuggly hat in Winter. So light, you won’t even know you are wearing it, but everyone else will notice. It adds distinction to a shawl or scarf, and can also be attached to a hat or other accessory as long as it has an open weave.
Each unique pin is hand formed from aluminum and hammered for a beautiful texture. Aluminum is a wonderful metal as it is lightweight and won’t tarnish.
